We accept PayPal only. It is a method which offers the best protection for both you and us.
An alternative to an online payment, available only for customers from Luganese, is paying with a pink payment slip that will be sent to your home with the package. Pick the products you want, e-mail us the list, and you'll have the package at your doorsteps in only one day.
We ship out the goods the same day you place an order. You can expect your package to arrive with DPD classic in less than 2 days. We only ship within Switzerland. Orders of over 100 Chf and until 1000 Chf pay no shipping & handling fees! Customers ordering under 100 Chf pay a fee of 10 CHF. Customers ordering products worth more than 1000 Chf, are pleased to contact us before submitting an order.
In case you would like to order a product but you cannot find it in our web-shop, please e-mail us with the name of the product, and we will get it for you.
Please bear in mind that in certain cases our items might not all be in stock. If that occurs you will be notified, and your package will reach you in approximatelly seven working days
